Beginning with a love for gin and its nuanced flavors, the company is distilling no less than 14 botanicals for its gin, all reflecting the American South. The proof level is reached using pure Tennessee water, naturally filtered through limestone. The vodka is distilled from locally-grown citrus, immediately apparent on the nose; it has a generous viscosity leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
